Calibration Curves

After completing this activity, students will be able to:

1. Prepare a linear calibration curve from experimental data.
2. Perform a linear fit, including regression statistics, in Excel.
3. Use a calibration curve to determine the quantity of an unknown.
4. Discuss the limitations of a calibration curve.
